Discover the Elegance of Copper Bee Flower Farm
Welcome to Copper Bee Flower Farm, a family-run oasis where nature, community, and creativity come together. Nestled just outside Carl Junction, Missouri, our farm is home to vibrant, pollinator-friendly flower fields that bloom with color and charm each season. From joyful you-pick experiences and private photography sessions to intimate garden parties under Edison lights, we offer a place where memories are gathered as beautifully as bouquets. Rooted in sustainability and a love for pollinators, every bloom grown here celebrates both the land and the people who wander through it. Whether you come to sip a local beverage, stroll among the blossoms, or simply pause for a breath of fresh air, Copper Bee is more than a flower farm—it’s a community of beauty, joy, and connection

Golden hour is pure magic at Copper Bee Flower Farm. As the sun begins to set, the fields glow in warm, honey-kissed light — creating a breathtaking backdrop for truly unforgettable photos. Whether you’re capturing family portraits, engagement sessions, maternity moments, or simply documenting a special season of life, our sunset sessions offer a dreamy setting you’ll treasure for years to come.
Each reservation includes approximately 90 minutes total — 30 minutes prior to Golden Hour for arrival and preparation, followed by the final hour of the day when the light is at its most beautiful. Because sunset times shift throughout the season as the days grow longer or shorter, we ask that you contact us by email so we can recommend the perfect arrival time and ensure you have plenty of time to settle in before Golden Hour begins.
You are welcome to bring a professional photographer, as we do not provide photography services. For an enhanced evening experience, access to our nighttime Edison lights and curated music ambiance is available as an add-on package for an additional fee.
For the bride who dreams of charming, locally grown flowers without stretching the budget, we offer DIY Buckets of Blooms. Each bucket is filled with a fresh, seasonal mix straight from our fields—perfect for creating your own bouquets, centerpieces, or floral accents. It’s a budget-friendly way to add natural beauty and personal creativity to your wedding day.
Our DIY Floral Buckets are the perfect hands-on option for weddings, bachelorette parties, baby showers, bridal showers, and special gatherings of any kind. Each bucket includes approximately 100 farm-fresh stems, thoughtfully harvested and conditioned for you at a prearranged pickup time.
Every bucket features a beautiful, garden-inspired mix from multiple floral categories:
• Focal blooms such as zinnias
• Spikes like snapdragons or cockscomb plumes
• Disk flowers including cosmos, scabiosa, rudbeckia, marigolds, or crested cockscomb
• Aromatics such as basil or mint
• Airy accents like scabiosa or gomphrena
While we do not accommodate specific color requests, you may choose a cool palette (soft pinks, purples, whites) or a warm palette (yellows, oranges, reds), allowing us to design a naturally cohesive, seasonal blend.
Flowers are freshly cut and properly conditioned for longevity and will last about a week with proper care — change the water daily, keep arrangements in a cool (around 70°F) area, and avoid direct sunlight. You’re welcome to transport your flowers in your own bucket, or use one of ours for an additional $10.
Simple, abundant, and beautifully seasonal — our DIY buckets give you the freedom to create something truly persona
